Came on a Friday around lunchtime with a few of my coworkers. The restaurant was able to accommodate us quickly and remained very attentive throughout of time there. We started with avocado egg rolls (not pictured) and they were absolutely delicious. The exterior was crunchy and the avocado mixture was surprisingly very flavorful. The tacos I ordered were pretty good, nothing super special, but still solid tacos. It wasn't too busy since it was lunch time but there were still a good amount of patrons. Overall it was a good experience!

I always had love the food since coming here as a little kid and i'm in my twenties now. Also the drinks are amazing and i definitely recommend everyone try the asian nachos.

I decided to dine here for lunch last week. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by a waitress, the hostess was a bit abrupt. Once seated my server provided several suggestions and reviewed the menu with me. I ordered the short rib quesadilla and tots w/jalapeño queso. The food was good but not sure I would return. Street parking is available but can be hard to find.

A stroll around the town square while asking local shop workers for dinner recommendations made for a great conclusion. We were offered a variety of options but only one restaurant made the list from everyone asked. Taqueria Tsunami is an Asian Mexican fusion that won't disappoint. Sitting outside we enjoyed local bluegrass music while dining on an Asian noodle salad with steak, chips with salsa, short rib quesadillas, strawberry lemonade and for dessert S'more egg rolls. Our server Kamila served us well and helped with menu tips. The noodle salad and the quesadillas were delicious making for two superb sharing dishes. I would order this combination again. The s'mores were ok but the chocolate marshmallow filling melted away leaving mostly shell. Overall this restaurant deserved the shop keepers enthusiasm.

We were seated immediately just before noon. We ordered an Wnchilada Biwl and Garden Shrimp. Both were very enjoyable- both taste and presentation (appearance).

My husband and I like the tacos here and decided to try something different this time. For starters we ordered the empanadas and the Korean Fried Cauliflower which both were delicious! For lunch I ordered the South of the.Boarder Bowl which was not good. The waiter said that he preferred the Chicken Enchilada Bowl over the one I ordered but I wanted something a little more healthier. I ended up switching it for the dish he recommended in the end. Next time, I will stick to the tacos the chicken bowl was good but I like the tacos better.

Got here around 7 on a thursday night. They said the wait would be around 10-15 mins for a table of two but it ended up being less than 5 minutes. We got the noodle salad and tacos with tots. The tacos (asada zing, pacific rim, korean carnitas) were very flavorful and filling and the tots were nice and crispy. The noodle salad was also really good and service was quick!

I'm always pleased when readers find my reviews of some value, but sometimes -- like now -- I write them for myself. When I go to any branch of Taqueria Tsunami I refer back, to see what I liked and what I didn't. ***On the "let's get it again" list: Shrimp tempura and Korean carnitas tacos with a side of cucumber salad. (Our waiter said it's made with rice vinegar, giving it a nice little kick.) ***On the "maybe" list: Asada Zing. I like the components, but the bulgogi is cut in chunks -- I prefer sliced or shredded -- and the meat is not as flavorful as what I'd get in Korean bbq. ***"Nope, not for me" list: rice and beans and house salad. Boring and boring. If you have access to one of these fusion restaurants, give it a try. They all appear to have outdoor seating, but the Marietta Square location has more to see.
